Learned counsel for the petitioner/decree holder submits that respective application for bringing on record the settlement dated 16.01.2025, arrived at between the parties, have been filed, however, the same are not on record. She further submits that the applications are accompanied by the settlement agreement. Both the applications alongwith settlement agreement are handed over and taken on record and they be numbered accordingly.

Mr. Makkar, Ld. Senior Counsel for the judgment debtors, on instructions, also acknowledges the factum of settlement having been arrived at between the parties, pursuant to which the first instalment has already been paid. Ld. Senior Counsel, on further instructions, ensures that the judgment debtors shall comply with the obligations as mentioned in para 5 of the applications. He also submits that the memo of parties in the said applications incorrectly refers to judgment debtor Nos. 2 and 3, who were already deleted vide order dated 27.08.2024.

At this stage, learned counsel for the decree holder admits the above inadvertent error in the both applications.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the present petitions along with the applications are disposed of.
