This is a petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

During the pendency of the petition, parties have arrived at an amicable settlement of all their inter se disputes and a settlement deed dated 22.03.2025 has been executed incorporating the terms of settlement, which has been placed on record.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement deed. Needless to state, settlement deed will form part of the order passed today and its terms will bind the parties thereto.
