This is a petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961 for extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal presently in seisin of the disputes between the parties. 2.
It is stated that the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is expiring on 8 September 2024.

Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection to extension of the mandate, as sought.
