After some arguments, ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to press all the issues raised in the instant petition before the Trial Court at the time of argument on charge.

Accordingly, the petition along with pending application is dismissed as withdrawn.

So far as application regarding exemption from personal appearance is concerned, petitioner is at liberty to move appropriate application before the Trial Court.
