% 16.08.2016 Today Ms.Mini Pushkarna, learned standing counsel for SDMC has handed over a status report. Along with the status report, a speaking order dated 25th May, 2016 passed by Sh.J.S.Yadav, Executive Engineer (Building I), Central Zone has been enclosed. By virtue of the said order, the Executive Engineer has found that there is no force in the objections filed by respondent nos. 2 to 16. He has further directed that the application submitted by the petitioners for installation of lift needs to be processed as per fresh policy of DDA.

Ms.Pushkarna states that 'No Objection Certificate' shall be furnished to the petitioner by the SDMC within a period of one week. In view of the aforesaid statement, present writ petition stands disposed of as satisfied.
