This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 11 (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking appointment of a Sole Arbitrator in respect of disputes arising from Contract Packer Agreement (CPA) dated 22.02.2024, effective from 01.04.2024 for a period of three years. Disputes having arisen, Petitioner invoked Arbitration Clause 36 of CPA and sent notice dated 14.05.2025, calling upon the Respondents to pay compensation due to the Petitioner or consent to appointment of an Arbitrator.

Learned counsel for the Respondents fairly and candidly, on instructions, does not dispute the existence of the Arbitration Agreement and submits that the Court may appoint a Sole Arbitrator. 3.
Accordingly, Sh. Vasu Bhushan, Advocate (Mobile No. 9958417262) is appointed as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. Arbitral proceedings will be held under the aegis of Delhi ARB.P. 1154/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. International Arbitration Centre ('DIAC'). Fee of the Arbitrator shall be fixed as per fee schedule under DIAC (Administrative Cost & Arbitrators' Fees) Rules, 2018.

Learned Arbitrator shall give disclosure under Section 12 of the 1996 Act before entering upon reference.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and all rights and contentions of the parties are left open. 6.
