Learned counsel for the plaintiffs state that plaintiffs have entered into a comprehensive settlement agreement with the defendants herein before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 03.06.2024 (DHCMCC) 2.

Learned counsels for the parties state that this comprehensive settlement agreement is a settlement for other proceedings as well pending between the parties and in fact, the parties have partly performed the said agreement.

Learned counsel for the plaintiffs states that in view of the settlement agreement arrived between the parties and part-performance of the settlement agreement by the defendants, the plaintiffs herein, therefore, seek permission to withdraw the present suit in terms of the said settlement agreement.
