This petition is preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal. 2.

Disputes having arisen between the parties in relation to Concession Agreement dated 09.05.2018 executed with respect to Construction of eight lane Vadodara Kim Expressway from Km 355.00 to Km 378.740 (Padra to Vadodara Section of Vadodara Mumbai Expressway) in the State of Gujarat under NHDP Phase-VI on Hybrid Annuity Mode (Phase IA-Package I), learned Arbitral Tribunal came to be constituted to adjudicate the disputes. After pleadings were completed, issues were framed on 01.03.2024 and thereafter evidence affidavits were filed by the parties. It is stated in the petition that the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of cross-examination of Respondent's witnesses and the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is expiring O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 596/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. on 21.08.2025. It is also stated that the Arbitral Tribunal has fixed dates for final arguments commencing from 01.09.2025.

Issue notice.

Mr. Ankur Saboo, learned counsel for the Respondent accepts notice and, on instructions, submits that Respondent has no objection to the extension of mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal. 5.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties and considering that the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of examination of Respondent's witness, mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of 09 months from 22.08.2025.

Petition is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
