1. Despite passover, none appears on behalf of the appellant.

2. Record reveals that when this matter was listed on 29.05.2024, this Court had noted that learned counsel for the appellant had indicated that the appellant wishes to withdraw the appeal but since her counsel had not received any instructions in this regard, the matter was, accordingly, adjourned.

3. In the light of the aforesaid, it appears that the appellant is no longer interested in pursuing the appeal which is, accordingly, dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
