The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner th seeking modification of the order dated 18 December, 2023 passed by this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to certain inadvertent typographical mistake, the petitioner has been directed to refer a detailed representation before the President/Secretary of the Delhi Development Authority ("DDA"). It is submitted that there is no such official designation as President or Secretary in the DDA. 3.

Accordingly, it is directed that paragraph 6 of the order dated 18th December, 2023 shall read that the President and Chairman of the petitioner are at liberty to file representation before the Vice Chairman/Principal Commissioner of the respondent - DDA, who shall pass a speaking order after giving a proper hearing to the President and Chairman of the petitioner association.
