This petition has been filed seeking directions to provide necessary protection to the petitioner who is apprehending danger to her life, property, liberty at the hands of the Respondent No.2, 3, 4 and 5. 2.

The petitioner has lost both her sons. She alleges that the daughtersin-law, respondent Nos.2 and 3, and grandchildren, respondent Nos.4 and 5 are harassing her and had filed false and fictitious criminal cases against the sons in 1998 and 2015. She alleges that there is a long history of harassment at the hands of the respondents, in which regard she filed a complaint inter alia in May 2020.

petitioner's residence and had given the mobile numbers to contact them in case of any emergency.

Further, it was stated by the ASC for the State that instructions have been issued to the beat staff to regularly ascertain the welfare of the petitioner. Statements of the respondents have also been recorded and they stated that they do not wish to disturb the petitioner any further. 5.

Counsel for the petitioner states that despite the said orders, incidents have happened in July 2024 where respondent Nos.2 and 3 came to the petitioner's residence and forcefully attempted to commit trespass in the property bearing No.RZ-102, Dada Dev Mandir Road, Raj Nagar Part-2, Palam Colony, New Delhi-110045. Due to the timely intervention of the neighbours, the petitioner was able to save herself from the respondents. A complaint in this regard was apparently sent to the CAW on 15th July, 2024. A copy of the same has been handed over to the ASC for the State. 6.

The ASC for the State states on instructions that they will treat this complaint as representation and will take appropriate action in this regard, after inquiries.

Further, they will ensure that the prior order dated 01st December, 2021 of this Court is scrupulously complied with and will continue to ensure that the beat staff regularly ascertains the welfare of the petitioner. 8.

With these directions, the petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are rendered infructuous. 9.
