Mr. Jittin Dua, learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as, Mr. D. Satya Sai Sumanth, learned counsel for the respondent insurance company jointly submit that the matter has been settled before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, and the Settlement Agreement dated 10.09.2025 is on record.

Mr. Dua, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks disposal of the petition in terms of the settlement.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 10.09.2025, which shall form part of the present order. The parties shall remain bound by the said settlement.
