The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 (BNSS) seeking quashing of the FIR No. 442/2017 dated 28.09.2017 registered at P.S.: Amar Colony, Delhi under sections 420/467/468/471/120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC') 2.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that chargesheet has been filed in subject FIR No. 442/2017 and the matter is now fixed before the Trial Court for taking cognizance.

He states, therefore, the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this petition and pursue his remedies before the Trial Court. 4.
The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn along with pending applications.
