The parties have filed the present application, inter alia, stating that they have entered into a settlement agreement, whereby their disputes have been settled. A copy of the settlement agreement has also been placed on record. Both the parties shall be bound by the terms of the settlement. 2.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition and the same is disposed of.

Further, it is clarified that one of the terms of the settlement agreement is that if the proceedings in FIR No.13/2018 dated 18.01.2018 which were commenced at the instance of the petitioner are not quashed, the settlement agreement shall stand cancelled. The petitioner would also be at liberty to revive the present petition.

The date already fixed for 24.09.2018 stands cancelled. 5.

The petition is disposed of.
