The present appeal has been filed by the Appellant challenging the Order dated 28.05.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge dismissing the CMA No. 32036/2025, filed by the Appellant/Respondent-2 in WP (C) No. 6867/2018.

The perusal of the Impugned Order shows that only two reasons were placed before the learned Single Judge. It is also not clear whether any further reasons were argued by the Appellant or not. 4.
Learned Counsel for the Appellant asserts that further arguments were advanced raising several contentions which were stated in the application for extension of time.

Be that as it may, learned Counsel for the Appellants seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal with a liberty to file a review of the Order dated 28.05.2025.

Leave and liberty as sought for is granted.
