Learned counsel for the petitioner after some submissions seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition to enable the petitioner approach the appellate authority i.e. CIT(Appeals) by reserving all pleas both on facts and in law. 2.

Noting the said submission, the petition and pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the appellate authority in accordance with law.
