Issue Notice. Mr. Sumit K. Batra, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 4. Mr. A.K. Sen, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 2. 2.

The petitioners have filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution for the following reliefs:

"a. Quash proceedings bearing Diary No. 43536 in Case No. 4/RA/1989 pending before Revenue Assistant/SDM, Mehrauli, under the DLR Act, 1954;

b. Call for the records in proceedings bearing Diary no. 43536 in Case No. 04/RA/1989 pending before Revenue Assistant/SDM, Mehrauli, under the DLR Act, 1954;

c. Pass any other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit."

longer be granted, as the proceedings have already been disposed of by the Revenue Assistant vide order dated 31.07.2025. A copy of the order has been handed up in Court and also served upon Mr. Ankur Sood, learned counsel for the petitioners. The order is taken on record. 4.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, leaving the parties to pursue such remedies as may be available to them in law against the aforesaid order, or to initiate such independent proceedings as they may be advised.
