Mr. N. Hariharan, Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioners, after advancing some submissions, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petitions, with liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedies in accordance with law, at a later stage, considering that the FIR in question has been recently registered.

While doing so, Mr. Hariharan requests that no coercive steps be taken against the Petitioners for a short duration of 3-4 days, so as to enable them to avail appropriate remedies for securing their personal liberty. 3.

Mr. Siddharth Aggarwal, Senior Counsel for the Complainant in CRL.M.C. 5270/2025, opposes the grant of any interim protection, submitting that once the petition is proposed to be withdrawn, no such indulgence ought to be granted by this Court. 4.

On a specific query posed by the Court, Mr. Amol Sinha, ASC (Crl.) appearing for the State in CRL.M.C. 5255/2025, submits that since investigation is yet to commence, no coercive steps are contemplated against the Petitioners for a period of 3-4 days from today, subject to their joining The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
