The present petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:- A] Issue a writ order or directions in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to rectify and correct the error in recording the name of the affiliating body in its order dated 03.03.2015 of recognition to educational Institute to run the teacher education course and to change it the same from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, UP to Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra, UP.

B] Issue a writ order or directions in the nature of certiorari, quashing the order letter dated 18.07.2025 issued by the respondent No.2 being unjustified, unlawful and illegal. 2.

The grievance articulated by petitioner in the present petition is that there is a mistake in recognition order dated 03.03.2015, as the name of the university with which petitioner is affiliated has inadvertently been reflected as Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut whereas the petitioner is The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. affiliated to Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra, Uttar Pradesh. He submits that the petitioner is affiliated with the latter ever since it got its recognition from the NCTE.

Notice was issued by the Court vide order dated 05.08.2025. On instructions, Mr. Rupal apprise the Court that the inadvertent mistake in the recognition order dated 03.03. 2015 will be rectified after verification within a period of 10 days from today. For the purpose of such verification if the respondent no.1/NCTE requires any documents from the petitioner, the same shall be intimated to the petitioner by the NCTE within a period of 04 days from today. The statement is taken on record and respondent no.1/NCTE shall remain bound by the same.

It is further directed that after rectifying the recognition order, necessary communication may be issued by the respondent no.1/NCTE to Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra, within 03 days thereafter so as to enable the petitioner to participate in the on-going counseling. 5.
