Mr Shabyashachi, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and fairly does not oppose this application. In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The order dated 13.08.2014 is set aside and the appeal is restored to its original number.

The application is disposed off.

RFA(OS) 122/2014 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties state that they have arrived at an amicable resolution of the underlying dispute. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants states that in view of the foregoing, he seeks leave to withdraw this appeal.

The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn and disposed off accordingly.
