Since, a bid for the project called Consultancy Services for Feasibility Study and preparation of detailed project Report (DPR) for improvement and upgradation of Newly declared NH including existing NH-91, NH-92, NH- 7 and NH-28-B in the State of Uttar Pradesh (Package-V), which is the genesis of the entire dispute. All actions relate to the said project, therefore, the Court was of the prima facie opinion that the material, essential and integral cause of action has arisen outside the jurisdiction of this Court. 2.

After making brief submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the instant petition with further liberty to approach The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
