The petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 07/2024 of PS North Rohini for offence under Section 498A/406/34 IPC on the ground that complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has settled the dispute with the petitioners.

On being pointed out serious allegations levelled in paragraphs 3,4 and 10 of the FIR, learned counsel for petitioners on instructions seeks to permission to withdraw this petition because respondent no.2 present in court affirms those allegations.

Accordingly, the petition and pending application are dismissed as withdrawn.
