Petitioner seeks quashing of orders dated 11.03.2022 and 29.04.2022 passed by the learned Trial Court in case FIR No. 48/2020 of PS Jafrabad for offence under Section 188/109/186/341/353/147/283/153A/34 IPC. 2.

By way of the orders impugned in the present proceedings, the learned Trial Court declared the petitioner as proclaimed offender. 3.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to move appropriate proceedings before the learned Trial Court.

The petition and pending application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
