Learned counsels for the parties submit that the learned Family Court, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, after hearing learned counsels for both the parties, has since reserved the judgment in HMA 100/2019, wherein the impugned order dated 19.02.2025 rejecting the petitioner's application under Order XVIII rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, which is under challenge, has been passed. 2.

Considering the aforesaid, as also especially since the petitioner had been participated in the proceedings before the learned Family Court in HMA 100/2019 subsequent to the passing of the impugned order, the present petition has become infructuous and is no longer maintainable. 3.

Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks, and is permitted, to withdraw the present petition as being infructuous. SEPTEMBER 23, 2025/NA SAURABH BANERJEE, J.
