Petitioner had impugned the order dated 5.12.2016, whereby directions were issued to the petitioner to pay Rs.50,000/- to the respondent as a ad interim measure.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.2 submits that the petition filed by the petitioner has now been finally disposed of vide judgment dated 12.12.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already impugned the final order / judgment dated 12.12.2018 and seeks leave to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to raise all available pleas in those proceedings.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

It is clarified that this Court has neither considered nor commented on the merits of the matter and all rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
