BAIL APPLN. 2923/2025 This is an application filed by the applicant for grant of interim bail in case FIR No. 0080/2024 registered at Police Station Crime Branch, New Delhi under Sections 21/25/29 of NDPS Act, for a period of two months on the ground that he is to undergo a knee surgery on 05.08.2025. Since the surgery was scheduled for today, without seeking verification report, it is not possible to dispose of the application today, and in any case even if the bail is granted, the surgery may not be possible today. Hence, application is dismissed.
