The accused/applicants seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 204/25 of PS Paschim Vihar West for offence under Section 110/3(5) BNS & Section 109 BNS. Broadly speaking, according to prosecution case, the present three accused/applicants along with another person namely Rinku Singh assaulted the complainant de facto with bricks in the course of Panchayat. The accused Rinku Singh was arrested and his regular bail is listed today.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicants in the present case seeks permission to withdraw these three anticipatory bail applications, so that the accused/applicants may surrender and apply for regular bail.

Accordingly, these anticipatory bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
