% 08.03.2017 The present leave petition has been preferred to assail the judgment dated 23.12.2016 passed by the learned ASJ-02 (East) in Crl A No.44/2016 preferred by the petitioner/ complainant under Section 29 of the DV Act against the judgment dated 19.08.2015 passed by the learned MM in case no.V104/2010 titled Kamlesh v. Yogender Singh. The Trial Court had dismissed the said complaint and the first appeal has also been dismissed.
On it being pointed out to the learned counsel that the present petition is not maintainable, he seeks leave to withdraw the same with liberty to pursue such other remedy as may be available to the petitioner. Dismissed as withdrawn liberty as prayed for VIPIN SANGHI, J MARCH 08, 2017 sr
