The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 482 BNSS (under Section 438 Cr.P.C) seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 328/2025, under Section 376/354A/506 IPC, registered at PS Farsh Bazar, District Shahdra, Delhi. 2.
The facts of the case in brief and also the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner have been noted by this Court in the order dated 06.08.2025.

A perusal of the said order shows that the petitioner was granted interim protection by this Court subject to his joining investigation. 4.
Mr. Prabhat Kumar Rai, Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that petitioner has joined investigation as and when he was called by the IO concerned, which position is affirmed by the learned APP on instructions from the IO who is present in Court. 5.

of six years from the first alleged incident. 6.
Mr. Ajay Vikram Singh, learned APP also informs the Court that the chargesheet now stands filed without arrest of the petitioner. 7.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of complainant on the other hand, submits that the prosecutrix had even become pregnant. However, on being queried by the Court, he fairly states that there is no material to establish pregnancy.

In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/IO concerned, further subject to the following conditions: i. Petitioner shall join further investigation as and when directed by the I.O concerned.
ii. Petitioner shall not influence the witnesses in any manner or try to contact the complainant or tamper with the evidence. 9.
It is clarified that the observations made herein above are only for the limited purpose of deciding the present bail application and the same shall not be construed as an expression of opinion on the merits of the case. 10.
The petition stands disposed of.
