.....Petitioner Through:

versus SATYA PAL & ORS.

.....Respondent Through:

None.

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANOJ JAIN

O R D E R

% 06.08.2025 1.

Petitioner is plaintiff before the learned Trial Court and the limited prayer in the present petition is to request to learned Trial Court to decide the suit in question, expeditiously.

2.

The suit seeks possession, mesne profits/damages and declaration and was filed in the year 2013.

3.

Mr. Shivcharan Garg, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the case is at the stage of defendants' evidence and the intention of the defendants is to delay the disposal on one pretext or the other. 4.

Be that as it may, since the suit is already more than 10 years old, the learned Trial Court would, even otherwise, be giving requisite priority to the abovesaid suit.

5.

Therefore, no further direction seems to be warranted. 6.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of in aforesaid terms. 7.

However, learned Trial Court would ensure that no request seeking unnecessary adjournment coming from the side of either of the parties is entertained.
