After making some submissions, counsel for the Petitioner states that he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to invoke appropriate remedies against the order rejecting the application for discharge.

Leave and liberty as prayed for are granted. The Court has not commented on the merits of the case and all rights and contentions of the parties are left open. In the event the Petitioner decides to challenge the order dated 21st May, 2025, rejecting the discharge application, such challenge shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with the law.
