Learned counsel for the petitioner states that she has no instructions in the matter as she has been unable to contact the petitioner for the past two months.

The learned counsel for the respondents has filed a status report, which indicates that by a notice dated 05.04.2017 a Medical Board was constituted comprising of two members from the Neurology Department, G. B. Pant Hospital; one Orthopedics doctor, one Ophthalmologist, one Physiotherapist and one Occupational Therapist for medical examination of the petitioner. It is further stated that the medical board had conducted the examination of the petitioner but since Lok Nayak Hospital does not have a Neuro-Psychology Department, it was decided to refer the petitioner to the Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences (hereafter 'IHBAS') on 11.04.2017 for a Neuro-Psychological Assessment Test.

It is stated that Dr Vibha Sharma of IHBAS had interviewed the petitioner on 19.04.2017 and the petitioner was asked to report for further evaluation. However, the petitioner did not report to IHBAS but sent a letter instead.

It has been further reported by IHBAS that the petitioner was unwilling to get his further evaluation and has stated that since it was already done earlier it should not be done again. 4.

In view of the above, the respondents are directed to take into account the Neuropsychology assessment done earlier for the purpose of submitting their final report with regard to the extent of petitioner's disability. The said report be filed within a period of eight weeks from today with a copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

No further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, the same is disposed of.
