Petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 118/2023 of PS Gulabi Bagh for offence under Section 498A/406/354/354A/376/509/506 IPC and Section 6 POCSO Act on the ground that complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioners. 2.

On being pointed out the seriousness of charges, including charge under Section 376/354A IPC and Section 6 POCSO Act, learned counsel for petitioners on instructions of his client present in Court seeks permission to withdraw this petition so that petitioners face trial. 3.
