The Revision Petition under Section 115 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, ('CPC' hereinafter) has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner to challenge the Order dated 19.07.2023 vide which the Review Petition filed for review of the Ex-parte Judgment dated 30.07.2022, was dismissed and also to challenge the Ex-parte Judgment. 2.

The Civil Revision Petition essentially is against an Order of Review of the Ex-parte Judgment, which is sought to be challenged, for which an Appeal is maintainable.

The present Revision Petition to challenge the Order of Review is not maintainable, which is hereby dismissed.

The Revision Petition is disposed of along with the pending Applications.
