This is a petition under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 for setting aside the order dated 02.07.2025, passed by the learned Session Court. 2.
After part submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner, appearing through VC, submits that there is a technical defect in the present petition, and therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
