Mr. Nagendra Vashisht, learned counsel for petitioner, very fairly, admits that in terms of the directions contained in order dated 20.07.2023 passed in WP (C) 9588/2023, the MCD has already concluded the action but fact remains that the other side has already knocked the doors of the Appellate Tribunal (MCD).

It is submitted that since matter is already pending consideration before the Appellate Tribunal (MCD), petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing with the present contempt petition as it does not survive any more. 3.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by Mr. Nagendra Vashisht, present petition is disposed of as not pressed.
