Counsel for the respondent points out that the order, compliance of which was sought i.e., 23rd August 2023 in LPA No.567/2023 passed by the Division Bench, has since been stayed by the Supreme Court in SLP No.543/2023 by order dated 02nd January 2024. 3.

Moreover, counsel for the respondent states that, as regards the Greenfields Public School, this Court had disposed of another matter previously being CONT.CAS(C) 1097/2023 between the same parties on 14th May 2025.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
