The parties have amicably settled their disputes through mediation. The terms of the settlement are recorded in the settlement agreement dated th 09 August, 2018 which is on record and the suit is disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties. The plaintiff present in Court along with the counsel confirms the settlement. Both the parties shall remain bound by the settlement.

The suit is disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties. Pending application is disposed of.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks refund of the entire Court fee under Section 16 Court Fees Act. The prayer is allowed and the Registry is directed to issue necessary certificate for refund of Court fees. 4.
Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
