This review petition is completely misconceived and is dismissed inasmuch as the order dated 20.2.2017 disposing of the writ petition records the statement of the counsel for the respondent no.2 that respondent no.2 /applicant would only be reinstated to the post of primary teacher. I may also note that the applicant/respondent no.2 has, alongwith this application itself also filed a letter dated 1.7.2009 issued by the school showing him to be appointed as a primary teacher.
