Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for early hearing in Complaint Case No. 835/2025 under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Mahila Court-02, Karkardooma Court, Delhi.

It is submitted that the fresh Complaint was filed on 23.07.2025 under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 on which though the summons have been issued but a long date of 15.12.2025 has been given. fixed preferably within 15 days from the date of this Order and the Application be disposed of within the statutory period of 60 days as mandated by Section 12(5) of the Act. Essentially, by way of the present Petition, what is sought to the early hearing in the Complaint filed under Section 13 of D.V.Act.

The Petitioner is at liberty to move the appropriate Application before the learned Trial Court, which may be considered in accordance with law. 6.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
