% 26.05.2017 Learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, submits that the appellant will vacate the property in question and handover its peaceful possession to the respondents on or before 30.06.2018. They shall continue to pay the mesne profits to the respondents as assessed by the learned trial court. They will also continue to make the regular payment of the electricity and water charges to the service provider/local authority. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the same if time is so granted subject to payment of mesne profits to them and of electricity and water charges to service provider/local authority.

The appellant is directed accordingly.
