% 21.03.2016 The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 13th March, 2013 passed by the Directorate of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi.
Today in Court, learned counsel for the respondent has handed over an order dated 18th March, 2016 passed by the Directorate of Education. The same is taken on record. The relevant portion of the order dated 18th March, 2016 reads as under:- "However, the poor financial health of the school, as seen above, does justified the fee hike done by the school in session 2011-12. From the financial analysis above, it appears that the school actually require the said fee hike. Now, therefore, I Padmini Singla, Director (Education) being the Competent Authority allow the petitioner school to enhance the month tuition fee by Rs.600/- in the session 2011-
12. The school Authority is not required to refund any amount.
Further, the school Authorities is hereby warned to be more careful in future in managing the school funds, so that parents are not troubled with the financial burden.
This issues in compliance of directions of Hon'ble High Court dated 11-08-2015 in W.P.(C) No. 2303/2013."
In view of the aforesaid order passed by the Directorate of Education, the present writ petition and pending application have become infructuous and they accordingly stand disposed of. MANMOHAN, J MARCH 21, 2016 NG
