The present Appeal has been filed by the Appellant, under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 read with Section 28 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 assailing the judgment dated 09.05.2025 passed by the learned Judge, Patiala House Courts, Delhi in HMA No. 328/2023 captioned Sh. Vishav Rana vs. Aakansha Raghuvanshi. 2.

Learned counsel representing the Appellant after arguing for some time, realized that the Appellant, in the first instance, is required to file an application under Order IX Rule 13 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 to set aside the ex-parte Decree of Divorce. 3.

Learned counsel representing the Appellant prays to withdraw the present Appeal, in order to file an application under Order IX Rule 13 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

The Appeal along with pending applications stands dismissed, as withdrawn.
