The matter has been settled in the mediation/conciliation proceedings before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.

The Conciliated Agreement dated 24th September, 2025 has been placed on record which bears the signatures of the authorised representatives of the petitioner and the respondent.

In terms of the settlement, a sum of Rs.74,04,886/- has been paid by the petitioner by way of demand draft.

4.

I have perused the terms of the Conciliated Agreement and do not find anything unlawful therein.

5.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Conciliated Agreement. 6.

In view of the aforesaid settlement, the present petition stands disposed of.
