These petitions are filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator by a period of six months.

Disputes having arisen between the parties in relation to different apartments allotted to the Petitioners by Respondent No. 1 in a Group Housing Project in the name of Caitriona in Gurgaon, a sole Arbitrator was appointed to adjudicate the disputes. From time to time, mandate of the learned Arbitrator was extended by this Court and lastly upto 31.07.2025 vide orders dated 11.02.2025 in O.M.P. (MISC.) 6/2025, O.M.P. (MISC.) 4/2025 and O.M.P. (MISC.) 5/2025, respectively. It is stated in the petitions that the award has been reserved for pronouncement on 28.02.2025, however, a communication is received from the learned Arbitrator to seek further time since the record is voluminous and the issues involved are complex and technical requiring examination of technical evidence and very detailed arguments.

Mr. P.K. Agrawal, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent in all the three petitions and on instructions, submits that The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Respondent has no objection to the extension of mandate of the learned Arbitrator.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended in all the three arbitral proceedings by a period of 04 months from 01.08.2025.
