The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeks following prayers:- "a) Issue writ of certiorari and other writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the suspension of the Petitioners by the Respondent;
b) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No. 1 MYAS to ensure the removal of Respondent No. 3 as Honorary Secretary of Respondent No. 2 NSF on the grounds of violation of Rule 15 of the CCS (Conduct) Rules, 1964 failing which Respondent No. 1 MYAS must derecognize Respondent No. 2 NSC forthwith;
c) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing fresh elections for the post of Honorary Secretary of Respondent No. 2 NSF under the supervision, control & aegis of Respondent No. 1 MYAS within 30 days from the date of removal of Respondent No. 3;
