Heard, Dr. Rahul Bhayana, who appears through video conferencing, Dr. Rohit Bhayana, respondent no.1 who is present in person and Ms. Kanika Agnihotri, learned counsel is present on behalf of respondent no.2 on instructions.

The parties do not dispute that there is an inordinate delay in pronouncing the order on some of interlocutory applications. 3.
The Court has perused the relevant dates and events which have taken place. Even till date, the order stands reserved. 4.
