Undertaking-cum-affidavit submitted by appellant/Judgement Debtor reads as under:
UNDERTAKING I, Ravinder Singh, aged about 71 years, S/o Late Shri Avtar Singh, R/o 3260, Ground Floor, Ranjit Nagar, New Delhi-110008 and also at Shop No. 7/1, Ground Floor, West Patel Nagar Market, New Delhi-110008, do hereby solemnly affirm, state and declare as under:-
1. That 1 am appellant in the above mentioned appeal and am fully conversant with the facts of the case and competent to file and swear the present affidavit.
2. That 1 am currently in possession of the property/Shop situated at 7/1, Ground Floor, West Patel Nagar Market, New Delhi-110008, hereinafter referred to as "the said property".
3. That 1 have no objection for vacating the said property and I herby undertake to peacefully and voluntarily vacate and hand over the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. possession of the said property to the rightful owner/land i.e. Mr. Puran Chand Ahuja, husband of the Respondent herein within a period of three (3) months from the date of execution of this undertaking i.e. on or before 07th August, 2025.
4. That I shall not create any third party interest or obstruct the peaceful repossession of the said property in any manner whatsoever.
5. That this undertaking is being given voluntarily without any coercion, pressure, or undue influence, and I shall abide by its terms in letter and spirit.
6. That the above mentioned statement made by are true and correct to my knowledge.

In view thereof, appellant has undertaken to vacate the suit premises and hand over possession of the same by 06th November 2025. 3.
Undertaking is taken on record and accepted.

Accordingly, appeal stands disposed of. Pending applications are rendered infructuous.

Needless to clarify that it shall be open to respondent/ Decree Holder to continue with execution proceedings for recovery of amounts due and receivable from appellant/Judgment Debtor, in accordance with law. 6.
