This is a petition under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2006 seeking extension of 1 year of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

Mr. Mittal, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the prayers made in the petition.

For the said reasons, the petition is allowed and a period of 1 year from today is granted to the Arbitral Tribunal to conclude the proceedings and pronounce the award.
