The petition has been filed under Sections 14 and 15 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed for termination of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal of the learned Sole Arbitrator on the ground that the arbitral fee of the learned Sole Arbitrator could not be financed and he has become de jure and de facto unable to perform his functions.

The learned Arbitrator along with the counsel for the respondent has appeared in person and has submitted that he is willing to accept the payment as per the directions of this Court.

Both the parties agree to make the payment as per the IVth Schedule. 4.

The payment is directed to be made within 15 days in terms of the Arbitration award.
